Check out the latest update for one of the best FTP clients for Mac OS X. Transmit, from Panic software, offers everything you need for uploading and downloading files from your site, and it comes with a slew of nifty features to make Web site maintenance easier. This major update makes Transmit up to 25 times faster, lets you mount desktop dropdisks for instant transfers, and much more.

Also this week we have the latest version of DragThing, the customizable desktop launcher that gives you a stylish way to launch files, folders, apps, URLs, and more. Our game this week is Battle for Wesnoth, a game that might be lacking in the graphics department, but easily makes up for it with excellent strategic gameplay and a huge amount of content.

Don't forget to check out our iPhone apps of the week!
