Discover Tiger Lane’s first dining destinations

Introducing Taki

The highly anticipated Tiger Lane precinct will introduce a curated collection of modern Asian food experiences from higher end dining experiences through to fun, lively street food. Canberra Centre is thrilled to introduce the first dining destination Taki is set to open in early November.
With two distinct dining areas serving up Canberra's best selection of Shabu Shabu and Yakiniku, you're invited to discover the legend of Taki, through a bespoke dining experience, chosen by you.

Opening shortly after Taki will be Inari, an authentic Japanese restaurant that will pay homage to Japanese 1960s retrofuturism. 
Taking its namesake from the Japanese god of rice, Inari is the signature restaurant of Tiger Lane's own 'Sushi Shaman', Shaun Presland. The menu deftly explores traditional Japanese dishes fused with modern Australian flavour, centred around the elite of locally sourced seafood.

Tiger Lane, a one-of-a-kind dining experience is set to open at Canberra Centre later this year, with celebrated Australian chef Shaun Presland at the helm. This all-new dining destination inspired by the hawker centres of Asia, will feature 12 dining outlets and bars split in different sections reflective of their cuisine and country of origin including: Japan, South Korea, Southern China, Northern China and South East Asia.
