	Full review: 2011 Chevrolet Volt We finally got our hot little hands on the wheels of the Chevrolet Volt, and given that it's our latest Editors' Choice Award winner, I feel safe saying that the Car Tech guys were definitely impressed. Chevrolet calls the Volt an extended-range electric vehicle, but technically it is still a hybrid, as it has both an electric motor and a gas engine to power the wheels. It is, however, a very different hybrid from the Toyota Prius.
